You are required to register in order to access the CCI Portal website. This is to protect the users of the CCI portal, in order to monitor usage of the site intended for cataract surgeons. We collect the following personal information from registered users of the CCI portal:

  2. information you voluntarily provide on non-anonymous discussion forums, comments on others posts and videos, and our monthly survey question.

The CCI portal asks you to create a username, used as a name on comments and on our non-anonymous “Open Forum.” This allows you to protect your personal identity while still attributing a source to the comment for dialogue purposes.
